Vision

Human Resources University has a vision to become “a higher education establishment that is nationally and internationally accredited in terms of superiority in management, research, teaching and social services that are beneficial and usable for people and Cambodia as a whole”.

Missions

In order to ensure and achieve the above vision, the University has been committed to carrying out the following main missions:

  • Apply leadership and build superiority culture throughout the university that will enable the university to become the leading one;
  • Promote and enhance the culture of value of Cambodia and the love of the nation;
  • Provide a rich education in order that all students can acquire benefits generated from the potential potency of the university and prepare them to become human resources with productivity for the society;
  • Provide competent and highly-devoted teachers or professors, state-of-the-art physical materials and an appropriate credit-system-based curriculum;
  • Develop partnership with private companies, non-governmental organizations, governmental institutions, experimental centers and  various universities with education quality being regionally and worldwide accredited with the aim of making Human Resources University become a driving force in order to develop economy and harmony of Cambodian citizens.

Goals

  • Continue to promote quality of students;
  • Strengthen teaching quality and teachers’ or professors’ capacities;
  • Link higher education establishments with partners, communities, agents and university with quality being regionally and internationally accredited;
  • Build potential and superiority culture to students having completed their studies, vocational education studies and researches;
  • Continue to develop study curriculum in order to meet both regional and international demands;
  • Develop Human Resources University to become a university of multi specialties on the four sectors;
  • Ensure administrative and executive management facilities and physical materialistic facilities that fully support the university operation;
  • Arrange strategy for promotion of  Human Resources University to all circles, both internal and external.

  • Morning
    07:30 am - 10:30 am
    English Extra Time
    10:30 am - 11:30 am
  • Afternoon
    01:00 pm - 04:00 pm
    English Extra Time
    04:00 pm - 05:00 pm
  • Evening
    05:30 pm - 08:30 pm

Saturday & Sunday

Consists of one group:

  • 07:00 am - 11:50 am  
    01:30 pm - 04:30 pm
